I love my Tuff Spa! I love that it is always ready to enjoy. 102 degrees is perfect for me. The hard cover makes it super easy to open and close. Minimal maintenance required which is key to my satisfaction! Also the adjustable jets are a nice feature especially for my feet after a long hike. Thanks Tuff Spas! Happy customer since 2002.

We only showcase Tuff Spas at our shows. Tuff Spas are an easy product to transport and set up at shows. You can get a smaller booth to showcase the product which helps keep costs down and profits higher. When a custom ordered upgrade was not as expected and there were a few problems with the location of the jets on our new spa, the folks at Tuff Spas immediately offered to build a new spa for me. I did not have to haggle, fight, or threaten. Customer Service is golden with this company. No one is perfect and sometimes things go wrong, but this company strives to make things right! The manufacturing team patiently spent time with me on the telephone and via email pictures so that they could get the exact measurement on where to install a jet for my neck (not an easy thing to communicate). Everyone has been professional, friendly, and respectful. Tuff Spas also cares enough to hire extremely professional delivery service from Diaz Spa Movers.
